Synopsis for "The Mosconians' Master Plan: Part 1"

With his super-brain, the Wizard discovers that the Mosconians have kidnapped his brother Grover (The Chief of Navel Intelligence) and are planning to invade the United States.

He flies over in his Neutro-Plane to try and rescue him, but below he sees that the terrorist group are about to destroy a U.S. government building.

He jumps out of the plane and is able to fling the missile shell back at them. Realizing the seriousness of the threat, he contacts the F.B.I., which in turn contacts the Shield. The two meet for the first time, and one fights the group at West Point and the other heads to Pearl Harbor. (The Shield's "Pearl Harbor" story continues in Pep Comics #4).

When the Wizard makes it to West Point, he sees it is under an air attack by the Mosconians. He engages in a few dogfights and wins. Once landed, he is introduced to Cadet Keith Kornell. After the brief introduction, the Wizard continues in route to save his brother, who is being gassed with poison.

The Wizard bursts in to the gangs headquarters and straps on an oxygen mask on his brother. The Mosconians make their escape and the Wizard, and his brother, follow them "to their master." To Be Continued....
