Synopsis for "The Murder of John (Steel) Sterling"
Twisto the Rubber Man escapes from prison and heads back to the circus he once worked for. He enlists the help of Inferno and Hefto (fellow performers) to start a gang, and try to kill Steel Sterling. Steel's new pal, Looney, overhears the death threat and informs him about the plan. Steel then fakes his own death, so he can go undercover and capture them. Believing their foe is dead, Twisto's gang start their crime spree. Inferno melts the city's electric generator which plunges everyone into darkness. Steel zips over to the powerhouse and confronts the three thugs. Inferno blinds Steel by blasting his flame-breath into his eyes. Steel is dazed, but is able to corner at least Hefto, who becomes scared and jumps to his death. Inferno and Twisto escape the chaos and remain at large. To Be Continued...
